Pastor Tiffany is a proud native of Houston, Texas, and a dedicated leader, scholar, and servant of the faith. She earned her bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Houston–Downtown, where she cultivated a deep commitment to education, community engagement, and spiritual formation.

Answering the call to ministry in 2009, Pastor Tiffany began a transformative journey marked by service, humility, and a passion for empowering others. Her ministry foundation was built through hands-on involvement in church and community programs, including work with underprivileged children impacted by HIV at St. John’s Academy and the historic Julia C. Hester House, both longstanding pillars in the Houston community. She also partnered with Hope 4 Youth, a community organization supporting disenfranchised young people, where she played a pivotal role in organizing and hosting life-changing youth events.

In 2011, Pastor Tiffany was appointed Youth Pastor at St. John’s United Methodist Church, where she developed innovative and impactful programming that shaped the spiritual lives of more than 200 young people. Her leadership during this season reflected a deep commitment to discipleship, mentorship, and community engagement.

In 2015, she was licensed as a local pastor in the United Methodist Church and appointed to St. John’s UMC Downtown—her home church. This appointment marked a rare and meaningful full-circle moment. Pastor Tiffany’s family first walked through the doors of St. John’s when she was just seven years old. What began as a childhood faith formation journey evolved into a calling to serve, lead, and shepherd the very congregation that helped shape her spiritual foundation. She has now faithfully served St. John’s for over eleven years, including eight years as Lead Campus Pastor, providing visionary leadership that fostered a vibrant, inclusive, and mission-driven faith community.

Following the retirement of Pastors Rudy and Juanita Rasmus after 31 years of extraordinary leadership, Pastor Tiffany was appointed Senior Pastor in June 2023. In this role, she continues to lead with clarity, compassion, and courage by honoring the church’s rich legacy while casting a bold vision for its future.

Pastor Tiffany holds a Master of Divinity degree from Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University, where she further developed her theological depth and pastoral leadership. Beyond the local church, she is actively engaged in broader ministry and educational leadership, serving as a board member for the Texas Southern University Wesley Foundation, the Board of Higher Education and Campus Ministry under the Texas Annual Conference, and the Advisory Board for the Houston Faith Leaders Coalition.

Above all, Pastor Tiffany treasures family and finds her greatest joy in time spent with her three amazing nephews.
